Lash Out Extensions LLC Cancellation Policy
We operate by appointment only, and your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. You can cancel by calling or texting the salon at 218-600-6414, or by contacting your stylist directly: Ellari at 218-608-0985, Colleen at 218-590-0013, or Jo at (218)565-2040. Cancellations are accepted only by phone or text to ensure timely communication.
Cancellation Fees:

More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.

No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of the service price will be charged.
Please note that arriving more than 5 minutes late is considered a no-show, as we must adhere to our scheduled appointments.
Future appointments cannot be booked until outstanding charges for late cancellations or missed appointments are settled.

Beyond her technical expertise, Ellari has also mentored ten aspiring lash artists, sharing her knowledge and passion for the art.
